1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by UNIFRET TRANSPORTES INTERNACIONAIS LTDA. ("Unifret," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Unifret provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services. Our services include but are not limited to sea freight, air freight, road transport, warehousing, and supply chain management solutions.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding cargo, including but not limited to weight, dimensions, contents, value, and any special handling requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or cargo rejection.
4. Prohibited Cargo
Unifret reserves the right to refuse transportation of illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, and any items prohibited by applicable laws and regulations. Customers must comply with all export control and sanctions regulations.
5. Liability Limitations
Our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions (Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, Hague-Visby Rules) and our standard trading conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing adequate cargo insurance.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
